At the office you can obtain information about accommodation, the town and surrounding areas, local events, brochures and promotional materials, as well as information for current and new private accommodation providers. Guest check-in and check-out services are also available.
The first guest registration must be done in person at the office. Required documents include: the ID card of the owner of the house where the guest is being registered,the owner's personal identification number (OIB),and the identification document of the person being registered.The Tourist Board maintains a central register of tourists for the Municipality area, primarily for monitoring the collection of the tourist tax and for professional data processing. It also conducts daily data collection and weekly and monthly processing of tourism traffic statistics within the municipality.Furthermore, it verifies and collects data on tourist registrations and deregistrations in cooperation with competent inspection authorities, in order to supervise the calculation, collection and payment of the tourist tax.
 
The Tourist Board promotes the tourist destination at the municipal level independently and through joint advertising initiatives. It participates in defining tourism development goals and policies at the municipal level and encourages improvements in the municipality to enhance conditions for tourists, except for the construction of communal infrastructure.The Tourist Board also:collects and updates information on tourism services, accommodation and hospitality capacities,gathers data on cultural, sports and other events,provides information on the working hours of healthcare institutions, banks, post offices, shops and other services relevant to tourists.It publishes tourist promotional materials and encourages and organizes cultural, entertainment, artistic, sports and other events that enrich the tourist offer.In addition, the Tourist Board initiates and carries out activities aimed at preserving tourist areas, improving the tourism environment, and protecting the natural environment and cultural heritage. It promotes the specific natural and social values that make the municipality recognizable as a tourist destination and creates conditions for their economic use.The Tourist Board also supports and participates in educational activities aimed at raising awareness among residents about environmental protection, the preservation and enhancement of natural and social values, and the importance and impact of tourism. It also organizes training for its members and their employees in order to improve the quality of services.
