Mountain of Challenge 2026: Miklavija

Miklavija, Veli Brgud, September 27, 2026 – More than 80 riders from Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Austria and the Czech Republic gathered this weekend at Miklavija for the Mountain of Challenge 2026, organized by Extreme Enduro Liburnija. The riders faced a demanding hard enduro course featuring technical climbs, rocky sections and forest trails, requiring endurance, precision and maximum concentration. The competitive programme began on Saturday with two prologue stages, followed by the main race on Sunday. This year's edition also carried a special significance, as the race was held in memory of Dean Frlan and Tomaž Ujčić, the founders of Extreme Enduro Liburnija.

 

In the club standings, Moto Club Salona took first place, followed by Extreme Enduro Liburnija in second and MK Azalea in third.

 

The winners in the individual categories were:

Gold: Aleks Tomišić

Silver: Filip Flego

Bronze: Ante Čubrić

Women: Jaci Hofmann

Veterans 40: Danijel Kolesarić

Veterans 50: Brane Kermmavner

 

In the Croatian Championship standings, the category winners were Endi Krastić (Gold), Filip Flego (Silver), Ante Čubrić (Bronze), Danijel Kolesarić (Veterans 40) and Ivo Maračić (Veterans 50).

 

In addition to the sporting programme, Saturday evening featured the Vatrogasci & Šteki Unique Show, adding an entertainment element to an action-packed weekend at Miklavija.

 

Mountain of Challenge 2026 once again brought together hard enduro enthusiasts and riders from across Europe, delivering a weekend filled with challenging riding, adrenaline and competitive spirit.
